Group Health Incorporated offers a range of insurance products, which include:

• GHI Alliance Value Plan: is a PPO through which members will enjoy greater savings when using network healthcare providers.  Coverage includes prescription drugs with a separate deduction, hospital benefits and surgical benefits.


• GHI Alliance 365 Day Hospital Plan: affords members more savings when using network healthcare providers.  This plan has hospitalization and outpatient benefits.


• Healthy New York EPO: offered in some New York counties, covers maternity care, physician services, and hospitalization.  Members pay a copayment when using network healthcare providers.  Members must meet income requirements in order to join this plan.

• Direct Pay HMO: members enjoy the benefits of HMO services including annual checkups, hospitalization, and well-care.  Members choose a primary care physician from the network to help coordinate their medical care.


• Direct Pay POS: offers members more flexibility than Direct Pay HMO.  With Direct Pay POS, members can visit non-network healthcare providers with a deductible and coinsurance.  Network providers may require a small copay. 


• Healthy New York HMO: does not require deductibles.  Members must pay copays when visiting network healthcare providers.  Members choose a primary care physician to coordinate their medical needs.  Members must have qualified incomes in order to use this plan.
