Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin offers a range of products, including:

• Personal Choice Comprehensive Major Medical PPO has a choice of six deductibles ranging from $250 to $10,000.  Members save the most when using network healthcare providers. Coverage includes hospitalization, surgery, routine exams, and home care.  Prescription drugs are included in the plans.
  
• Comprehensive Major Medical Plan has the same choices in deductibles as the PPO Plan.  If you choose deductibles between $250-$2,500 your coinsurance will be 80% when using network providers.  If you choose the $5,000 or $10,000 Plans, you will not have to pay any coinsurance after the deductible is met.  Coverage is the same as for the Comprehensive PPO.

• Value Plan PPO has the choice of four deductibles between $500 and $5,000.  Coinsurance, after the deductible has been met, is 20% when using network providers and 40% when using non-network healthcare providers. Routine exams are completely covered without meeting the deductible.   There is an optional prescription drug card available. Coverage includes hospitalization, speech therapy, and office calls.
  
• CompCareBlue HMO has a choice of $250, $500, and $1,500 deductibles.  Routine exams are completely covered without having to meet a deductible.  Coverage on most other services requires a 10% coinsurance payment after meeting the deductible.  Benefits include hospitalization, anesthesia, and physical therapy. Members must pick a primary care physician to manage their healthcare needs.
  
• HSA Comprehensive Major Medical PPOs has several choices in deductibles. Coverage includes hospitalization, preventative care, and prescription drugs. Health savings accounts are high deductible plans which allow members to use pre-tax dollars to pay qualified medical expenses. This may help members save on their taxes.
  
• Hospital Surgical Plans are available with deductibles ranging from $250 to $10,000.  Generally, coinsurance after meeting a deductible is 30% when using a network healthcare provider and 50% when visiting a non-network provider if you choose the Hospital Surgical PPO.  If you choose the Hospital Surgical Plan, you will have a 50% coinsurance after meeting your deductible when using network healthcare providers.
