- Select Blue Advantage Series III (PPO):There are eight different deductible choices with this plan. Co-insurance is 15%, and children can be covered on an adult policy or through a child-only option. Immunizations are covered until the age of eight.
- Select Choice/Saver Series III (PPO): A wide range of deductible options are available with this plan; most services require a small co-pay. Wellness visits and preventive service is offered, as well as therapy coverage for developmentally disabled children.
- Select Basic: Well-child and preventive treatment is covered 100% until age seven. In-patient and outpatient coverage is available, and prescription drug coverage is also offered.
- Foundation Hospital Care: This is a limited benefit plan which offers in-patient only health coverage, which can include laboratory and radiology services as well as surgery coverage.
- Blue Edge Individual HSA: This consumer-driven plan provides adult and child preventive care benefits and is paid for using a tax-advantaged savings account.
