- Arnett HMO – an HMO, or Health Maintenance Organization, provides a network of quality providers who have pre-negotiated to provide Arnett’s members with affordable fees. Members need only to select a primary care physician – from there, medical care is based on referrals. This option requires no claim forms and minimal out-of-pocket expenses.
- Arnett Member Choice – this POS, or Point-of-Service, option provides members with their choice of physician or hospital, with no referral required. There are, however, greater out-of-pocket costs associated with this plan, unless the member chooses an in-network provider.
- The Team Plan – this option is available to small businesses (2 to 50 employees), providing either the HMO or POS option.
- Arnett Gold Plan – this supplemental Medicare plan assists in paying medical expenses not covered by Medicare.
