Specifically, Affinity Health Plans include coverage for families and seniors through the following programs:
- Child Health Plus – designed for uninsured children, 19 or younger, who do not qualify for Medicare or Medicaid.
- Family Health Plus – for uninsured, low-income residents who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare.
- Medicare Advantage – for residents in the New York City area who are eligible for Medicare and government payment of Medicare cost-sharing.
